HOME REMODELING

Is it time for that new kitchen? Expanding a bathroom?  Just tired of that pink tile and matching toilet? Always wanted a laundry chute in your upstairs closet? Cabinets? Counter tops? Luxury molding?

 

You name it, I can make it happen. A free estimate will provide you with options to see exactly what can be done to stretch your dollars without compromising quality.

 

Textures and samples can be bought to your home and you'll receive a drawing of your new cabinets before they are built so you can visualize the final product.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

In addition to home renovation projects, I also offer residential general contracting.

 

This includes additions, garages, landscaping, driveways and masonry, and other major home improvement projects.

 

I only work with subcontractors I have worked to build personal relationships with and believe in the integrity and quality of their work. I personally supervise each phase of major projects and ensure the quality I expect is being met. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering on top of ten years experience in home renovation and contracting and three years of commercial construction experience you can bet I know quality when I see it and call it out when I don't. ​

COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE

Find that you are moving out of the region but aren't ready to sell? Looking for renters but need a low cost maintenance option?

 

I provide contracts on maintenance services including routine maintenance like changing filters along with on-call maintenance response for times when the pipes burst or for when the disposal bites the dust. ​ I can be your stand in to make sure the repairs done to your valuable property are up to your standards while you are away. ​ No major repairs or work will be performed without your knowledge or express consent. Contracts for maintenance are minimum of one year.

HANDYMAN SERVICES

 

For a low flat hourly rate, minimum of one hour I offer general handyman services such as basic electrical troubleshooting or installation , basic pluming fixes or installations, basic carpentry and any other small projects you may just need a hand with.
