Jaron completely remodeled my condo. Excellent job and fair price. Did job ahead of schedule. Jaron has worked on my condo for two renovations. I rent it out and now can sit back and relax. If any issue comes up, I just give him a call, send a text or have my renters call. Also the best thing about Jaron he is a one stop shop. He does remodeling, electric, plumbing you name it. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about his work and looking for work done. Jaron went so far as to work late several times even with important family obligations, I cannot thank him and his workers and designers enough.

I should have written a review about this company over a year ago. I hired Jaron, via competitive bidding, to do handyman work. Small immediate jobs that would mushroom into bigger jobs. I found Jaron Lucas to be a real treat to work with. He was required to repair a stair step that had been damaged from water damage before new carpet installation. The step actually had to be totally rebuilt. Jaron completed the job as required, to my specification, in a timely, and very economic, manner. I will not hesitate to hire his company again as I have assured him I will.

We used Lucas Contracting Services to replace the floor of a bedroom and closet, approximately 280 square feet. He and his team arrived on time and the job took less time than originally estimated. We are very pleased with the finished project and we are looking forward to using this reliable company for our future home improvement needs.

Jaron, owner of Lucas Contracting services recently finished an incomplete master bathroom remodel. He did an excellent job completing the plumbing work, smoothing out uneven drywall, and installing a vanity. Jaron was on time for the two days he come to work on the house. He is a friendly guy and is willing to answer any concerns or questions you have. Lucas contracting is now my goto company to call for future work.

Lucas Contracting Services recently completed several projects for us as part of an upgrade to our home. We wanted to do some light renovation to our bathroom, replacing the vanity, toilet and shower fixtures along with fixing old caulking and general maintenance of the plumbing. We also investigated installing recessed lighting in our main living area along with installing electrical outlets on the outside of our home as it previously did not have any electrical access outside.

When Jaron visited to provide an estimate, he was punctual, polite, and offered great advice. He didn't try to upsell us on services we were not interested in and instead offered tips for how we could best accomplish the job regardless of which contractor we were to use. His prices were competitive with all of the other services we contacted and the quote he provide was clear and easy to understand.

Our home is approximately 60 years old and presented a number of challenges on each part of the project. Jaron handled them in stride, updating me along the way with an understanding of what the issues and possible solutions would be. As a project manager myself, I was particularly impressed that he did a survey of the entire job first to understand what problems may come up and let me know in advance of any additional costs.

While the work took longer than expected, it was because of no fault of Jaron's. Once again, our home is old and presented a lot of challenges once the walls were opened up. Jaron worked with us on a schedule to complete the work that fit our needs for a quick completion without having to rearrange our lives too much. At the end of each visit our home was clean, and he was willing to make corrections to small things we didn't like, such as deciding on using different bath fixtures.

I would highly recommend Lucas Contracting to anyone looking to do similar projects on their home, old or new.
